Welcome to Rachel and Maxims absolutely stunning, morning wedding at Graydon Hall Manor.
It was one of those hot rainy mornings so the ceremony and brunchy-lunchy style reception was all moved indoors. You'd think that might be disappointing but this venue has such beautiful options both indoors and out that you can have an absolutely gorgeous experience indoor or out, rain or shine. Plus, I think we all appreciated the AC on that hot, humid day. Thankfully the sun showed its face later in the day so we were able to get outside a little as well.
We all had a very early start this day. And with how the morning ceremony timeframe worked, we honestly had very little time for "formal photos". And you what? That was totally ok! Because, somehow, we still managed to end up with so many great portraits of Rachel and Max, their family and friends, but in an easier, laid back and much more authentic way. And I'm thrilled with that. As important as your wedding photos are, and trust me...they are...it doesn't mean that your whole day or even a large chunk of it needs to be a full on photoshoot. It totally can be if you want it to be, but it doesn't have to be. And yes, that's coming from the wedding photographer herself, lol. Your wedding should be 100% on your terms and there's nothing that you absolutely must do...other than get married of course.
Big Congratualtions to Rachel and Maxim!!
Dream team of the day...
