We had the pleasure of working with Sarah for our engagement shoot in 2021 and our wedding in 2022. Due to the restrictions Sarah not only photographed our ceremony but was able to photograph our reception months later under the same contract.

I seriously can’t put our gratitude to Sarah into words. It all started when we got engaged in 2016. I loved the way she captured candid moments and it was exactly the photography style we were looking for. Fast forward a year later, we had the pleasure of having her photograph our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. We had 18 people in our bridal party and she was able to keep us all under control and made it fun and the pictures were amazing! Then we added 2 kids into our family and we asked her to do newborn and family sessions 1 year later for both kids. "We are so happy that we had Sarah photograph our wedding day. After reading other great online reviews of her work and character, we arranged a meeting where we immediately felt comfortable and confident in selecting her.

We had two meetings with her prior to the wedding to discuss all the necessities- packages, pricing, wedding day plans and details, personnel involved, etc. She was flexible, very friendly, communicated clearly, and responded to messages very quickly. The meetings were quick and productive, and she was great at making suggestions and discussing options regarding the little things that we ourselves were unsure about.

On the wedding day, Sarah was on time, immediately “gelled” well with all members of our wedding party and other personnel present, and began to direct us with ease. While photo shoots can sometimes be daunting if you get a forceful or difficult personality with your photographer, Sarah directed all of us with ongoing courtesy, conciseness, patience and a sense of humour. Not everyone looks forward to prolonged photo-taking, but Sarah made this a surprisingly fun-filled part of the day. Aside from a great personality, her talents with a camera are obvious. She has such a great eye for interesting shots/ angles and colourful locations (we shot on a backyard deck, around old Port Dalhousie, and on a baseball diamond to name a few locations). Post-wedding, she remained in close touch and regularly updated us on the progress of completing our package. Within two-three months after the wedding, we received everything we signed up for- a stunningly beautiful wedding album for ourselves, a few “mini” albums for family members, and two USB keys filled with colour and black and white photos. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of photographer!"
