I want to talk to you a little about my "elopement wedding photography package" and what that entails. First off, just because you choose a smaller, intimate wedding, that doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice your wedding photography. Not at all. The elopement package includes up to 2 hours of photography coverage and during that time, I'm all about maximizing our time together. And you don't necessarily have to classify your wedding as an elopement, it can simply be used for a smaller, more intimate wedding.
For example, the lovely Lori and Helder hosted a very small fall wedding at the Pillar and Post in Niagara on the lake. During their two hours of wedding photography we were able to fit in a few getting ready photos, photograph their short ceremony, a few photos of the room set up for their dinner after, family photos with their children and one sweet little grand baby and then still had plenty of time to stroll through the Pillar and Post gardens and capture so many gorgeous images of just the two of them.
One of the best ways to maximize that photography time for a shorter wedding like this is to plan all of the elements to be photographed in the same general place. This is one of the many things I love about photographing a Vintage Hotels wedding as all of their properties offer the perfect background for your photography without having to wander off too far.
So, without further ado...here's a look at Lori and Helders beautiful day.
